  • On June 1, 2023, applications accepted.
  • Choose your master program from the list of participating programs.
  • Apply directly to the universities that offer the master courses you want. Please do not submit your application to DAAD. Indicate your interest in the DAAD Helmut Schmidt-Programme (Master Scholarships for Public Policy and Good Governance). All eight universities will accept applications from June 1 to July 31, 2023.
